Job Summary
Create and maintain compliant cannabis product labels for production, wholesale, and retail operations by cross-referencing METRC, laboratory COAs, and product specifications. Produce variable data labels, strain-specific labels, and specialty designs while performing quality assurance reviews to verify potency and regulatory accuracy. Assist third-party clients with external label creation, support marketing initiatives including retail materials and signage, and develop Standard Operating Procedures for warehouse processes. Maintain organized inventory of packaging supplies and coordinate production schedules to meet operational timelines. Collaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure all branded assets are accurate and completed on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer proficiency
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required; Illustrator and Acrobat preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Ability to work around cannabis products and packaging materials
