Job Summary
Provide outstanding guest service while ensuring safety across the casino property. Patrol assigned areas, observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior, escalate emergencies to supervisors, and help protect assets from theft, assault, and fire. Maintain adherence to service standards and gaming regulations, while assisting guests and colleagues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain required work cards
- Will be required to complete assigned training academy
- Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
- Understand and comply with Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to multitask
- Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly and according to policy
- Physical ability requirements including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable in casino environment with potential secondhand smoke
- Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior
- Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
