Job Summary
Conduct daily patrols of assigned areas to ensure maximum guest safety and protect company assets from theft, assault, and fire hazards. Answer guest questions accurately while observing and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior. Escalate emergency situations to supervisors, assistant directors, and directors as needed. Adhere to all company service standards, Gaming Control Board regulations, and operating policies while maintaining effective relationships with team members and guests. Work any shift, including weekends and holidays, in a noisy environment that may contain secondhand smoke. Complete assigned training academy and obtain required work cards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
- Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain required work cards
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, ability to see color and standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
