Job Summary
Formulate, articulate, and refine Missile Defense/Space Domain Awareness/Weapon System requirements for USSPACECOM's Golden Dome of America mission. Coordinate with Joint Staff, OSD, and System Program Offices to align operational objectives and integrate capabilities into long-range strategic plans. Provide senior technical advisory support across multiple mission areas, including oversight of sensor-to-user architectures and response to senior leader RFIs regarding anomalies. Conduct technical assessments, data analytics, and modeling to evaluate network architectures and support technology roadmap development. Maintain expert knowledge of missile warning and C2 systems while reviewing presidential and departmental guidance for policy incorporation.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years working in the Missile Defense / Space Domain Awareness / Missile Warning mission area
- 10+ years working in the Missile Defense / Space Domain Awareness / Missile Warning mission area
- Ability to maintain a DOD TS/SCI clearance and higher
- Knowledge of Multiple Missile Defense Weapon Systems (THAAD, Aegis BMD, Aegis Ashore, GMD) and how they are integrated
- Knowledge of ITW/AA systems, processes, conferencing and CJCSI requirements
- Knowledge of a wide range of SDA capable systems; sensors, correlation centers, data lines, forwards users, capabilities, functions, and operational practices of specific systems
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; articulate complex issues; and maintain a good working relationship

Desired Qualifications
- Previous MD/SDA/MW planning experience at operational/theater level (e.g. Combatant Command, Joint/Combined Task Force, Component)
- JPME II qualified
- Experience leading operational planning teams (OPTs)
