Gold Line Head Coach (80452)

Choreograph for and coach the Gold Line Dance Team for all Iona men's and women's basketball home games, ensuring the team maintains 10 to 20 members with an emphasis on student performers. Actively recruit new members through high school outreach, campus events, and collaboration with Admissions and Spirit Programs staff while managing team appearance requests on-campus and in the community. Fundraise a designated amount to sustain the budget and work with the Director of Spirit Programs to hire professionals if necessary. Assist with enrollment, engagement, and retention initiatives by responding to alerts and recording relevant information in Gaels360. This part-time stipend position is renewable annually for the 2026 to 2027 academic year and requires the ability to attend all home games, travel to postseason games, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
