Gold Derby: Senior Video Producer/Editor

Senior Video Producer/Editor responsible for producing, shooting, and editing compelling video content for Gold Derby across website and social platforms. Oversee video production from concept to delivery (scheduling, shooting, directing, editing; lighting setups for 2-8 person shoots; sound capture with lavalier/boom). Produce and edit Zoom interviews with 3-8 participants; repackage videos for website and social channels (interviews, red carpet footage, sizzle reels); manage multiple edits for on-time delivery. Select and edit images for website/socials; create image guidelines for editorial. Requires 7-10 years in video production/editing, experience with editorial/journalistic settings, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects), familiarity with Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras, Panasonic GH4s, Canon c300s; experience recording Zoom meetings and multi-camera virtual shoots. Strong passion for entertainment industry; ability to work quickly in fast-paced environment. In-person collaboration with onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remote. Typical wage range: $90k-$100k plus comprehensive benefits; at-will employment.
