Job Summary
Build and maintain a library of high-converting funnel templates, automations, and CRM pipelines tailored for 10X Business Coaches, ensuring every sub-account is ready to launch with proven workflows. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions, hosting weekly group onboarding calls and offering 1:1 setup sessions to help coaches activate their platforms quickly. Oversee the OMNI GHL Agency backend, managing provisioning, billing, and account hygiene while monitoring metrics like email deliverability and domain status. Keep tutorials, quick-start guides, and knowledge base articles current, documenting clear SOPs for recurring tasks and collaborating with business development to streamline onboarding flows. Stay current on GHL releases to propose improvements that enhance platform value.
Required Qualifications
- Proven GoHighLevel expertise
- Deep understanding of CRM design, automations, and funnel mechanics
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and process-driven mindset
- Comfortable running Zoom trainings, hosting live calls, and supporting multiple clients at once
