Job Summary
Conduct rotations across Controlling, Accounting, and Reporting functions during the first 15 months at headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany, while supporting daily business and leading high-impact projects with direct senior management interaction. Manage processes and projects within local Finance functions during a subsequent nine-month assignment in an international entity, such as China, Taiwan, or South Korea. Participate in a comprehensive training curriculum focused on hard and soft skills alongside continuous mentoring throughout the 24-month program. The assessment center occurs in mid-November 2026, with the program starting in March 2027.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance/Business Studies or Industrial Engineering/ Business Informatics with a focus on Corporate Finance, Accounting or Controlling with outstanding academic performance
- Up to 2 years of hands-on Finance experience (Accounting or Financial Controlling) obtained through international assignments or Working Student roles
- Sound financial knowledge and analytical skills
- Fluency in Business English, plus a second language
- High learning agility and curiosity to problem solving
- Team-player with strong presentation, communication, and networking skills
Desired Qualifications
- High proficiency with digital tools and willingness to embrace new technologies; prior touchpoints to Finance digitization, data science and/or business intelligence
- Profound knowledge of MS Office; SAP, TM-1 and Tableau skills
