GOC Head of Operations

Head of Operations for Access Group's Global Operations Centre (GOC) role in Timisoara, acting as a strategic partner to the Managing Director in a Chief of Staff capacity. Responsibilities include keeping the GOC running smoothly, aligning priorities across functional leads, maintaining an operating rhythm (weekly leadership check-ins, monthly reviews, quarterly planning), turning data into insight by building and maintaining KPI dashboards, leading key GOC initiatives, and ensuring risks are managed and outcomes delivered on time. Ideal candidate has experience in global delivery/shared services, familiarity with SaaS/ERP delivery models, exposure to large transformation programmes (digital/AI adoption), and knowledge of the Romanian tech market with a focus on Timisoara. The role supports a blended approach to office working with in-person collaboration in Timisoara and potential remote elements.
