Job Summary
Go To Market / CX recruitment role responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting for GTM and CX positions (AEs, SDRs, Customer Success Managers, Deployment Managers, and more) across Tutor Intelligence, building and maintaining active pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, delivering a compelling candidate experience, and maintaining recruiting data in Lever; requires proactive sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing, with a focus on fast-moving environments in the robotics AI space.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on GTM or CX roles (AEs, SDRs, Customer Success, or similar)
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills
- Clear, compelling communicator
- Organized and process-oriented; ATS familiarity (Lever)
