Go-To-Market Manager

Job Summary
Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives; partner with Product to understand roadmaps and value propositions; develop positioning, messaging, and launching materials; drive adoption through training and resources; coordinate cross-functional launch plans; analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence; track launch performance and revenue impact; lead pricing, packaging, and segmentation strategies; ensure consistent communication across teams; occasional domestic travel for onsite meetings, client visits, events, conferences, and trainings.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in go-to-market strategy or related roles
- Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B technology environments
- Experience with Professional Employer Organizations and/or Payroll Service Bureaus (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications
