Job Summary
Go-to-Market Manager based in Paris to drive revenue growth by defining and executing GTM strategies for Sociabble features (e.g., AI Knowledge Agents, Sites & Pages, Rewards). You will enable commercial teams, shape positioning, and lead cross-functional campaigns across Product, Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Knowledge, including trainings, product-led growth initiatives, and events. The role emphasizes turning complex product topics into clear messaging, developing enablement materials, driving adoption, and collaborating to monitor performance, KPI tracking, and market research. Requires 2+ years in Product Marketing/Go-to-Market or related areas, fluency in English and French (C1), and familiarity with AI tools to support thinking, research, and messaging. Hybrid work from Paris with an on-site presence required three days a week, and a permanent CDI contract.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, Customer Marketing, consulting, entrepreneurship, or offer development
- experience in positioning, launching, promoting, or growing a product, service, offer, or feature
- English at least C1 and French at least C1
- ability to write clearly, present ideas, and adapt messaging for multiple audiences in both languages
- familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to structure thinking, accelerate research, refine messaging, analyze information, or improve quality
