Job Summary
Define and drive Coinflow's EU go-to-market strategy by identifying priority markets and verticals. Build and run a pipeline of target merchants across fintech, payments, and crypto sectors, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Stand up partner-enabled sales channels that multiply the EU pipeline, managing co-prospecting through deal close. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movement to translate intelligence into new sales angles and partnership opportunities. Build scalable processes for pipeline management and partner ops, then hire the team to run them. Coordinate operational capacity with the regulatory/compliance team to ensure deals meet licensing requirements before go-live.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in GTM, sales, or partnerships within fintech, payments, or crypto
- Track record of building a market or region from scratch; you've defined the playbook, not just followed one
- Comfort owning a full sales cycle solo, from sourcing to close, without a large supporting team
- Experience structuring and closing partnership deals, not just direct merchant sales
- Strong cross-functional instincts — you'll work closely with compliance/legal and need to translate regulatory constraints into commercial strategy, not treat them as a blocker
- Data-driven approach to market prioritization; comfortable building your own pipeline reporting before formal infrastructure exists
- Based in or able to work extensively across European time zones
Desired Qualifications
- Direct exposure to EU regulatory or licensing environments (e.g. CASP, EMI, PSD2)
- Existing network of merchant or partner relationships across fintech, banking, or crypto ecosystems in Europe
- Experience building or scaling a sales team, not just carrying an individual quota
