Job Summary
Go To Market Enablement Manager to design onboarding paths for AEs, BDRs, SEs, and CSMs; create and maintain enablement content (sales playbooks, objection-handling guides, product messaging, pitch frameworks); roll out and optimize LMS/CMS tooling; drive adoption of enablement tools (Highspot, Seismic); build scalable Partner, Channel, and Customer Enablement programs; develop hands-on demos, QBRs, training bootcamps, and use-case driven workshops; and track enablement KPIs to continuously improve programs across GTM, Partner, and Customer enablement domains.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Sales, Partner, or Technical Enablement role within a cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth B2B tech company
- Proven experience building enablement programs for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience implementing and administering enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, LMS platforms)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across functions and regions
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security, threat detection, or related technologies is strongly preferred
