Job Summary
Open the store, manage inventory, and drive sales by training staff, executing promotions, and maintaining visual standards. Handle customer complaints, oversee payroll and scheduling, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and mall guidelines. Lead a seasonal team through hiring, coaching, and performance monitoring while maximizing KPIs and guest satisfaction. Work weekends and evenings as needed in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus
- 1+ years of retail experience / management experience
- Proven ability to drives sales
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Create a customer focus environment
- Strong organizational and strong leadership skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader

- Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Excellent knowledge of retail management POS systems, basic computer skills, and Microsoft office
