Job Summary
Go Live & Enhanced Support Engineer to deploy AVD/M365 deployments, collaborate with Partner Sales Managers and MSPs, gather requirements, execute deployments with Nerdio Manager, assist first several account implementations, provide pre-sale and onboarding support via screenshares, serve as an escalation resource, troubleshoot with the team, deliver technical demos, and contribute to product improvements and knowledge base while delivering timely customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Prior AVD deployments and experience with virtualization technologies, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune
- Proficiency in Modern Work, FSLogix, and Active Directory (AAD, Entra DS, AD DS, Azure AD DS)
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs)
- Experience with Microsoft applications (Exchange, SQL, Terminal Services) and OSs (Windows Server, RDS, Windows 10/11)
- Experience with shared storage systems (SAN, NAS)
- PowerShell or Python scripting
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service orientation
- Documentation and knowledge-base contribution
- Project management and planning experience
- Love for Microsoft technologies and customer education
