Job Summary
Operate attractions while following all safety expectations and anticipate guest issues, solving them with or without assistance. Communicate clearly with guests and team members, engaging them often to ensure a positive experience. Keep the surrounding area neat and tidy, staying organized to execute successfully booked events. Answer basic questions about the facility, pricing, directions, and game duration. This role requires consistent activity, including walking, bending, and lifting, with availability for holidays and weekends. Background checks may be required for all candidates.
