Job Summary
Design, analysis, and implementation of electromechanical control systems for Starlink, including satellite attitude control, momentum management, and spacecraft subsystem controls. Develop high-fidelity simulations (C++, Python, MATLAB), implement and deploy production software, and provide hardware and data review support. Work on solar array actuators, antenna gimbals, high-bandwidth active optics, Hall thrusters, and advanced state estimation methods (Kalman/information filters). Requires collaboration across hardware and firmware teams; strong software development and problem-solving in a fast-paced space-startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, physics or an engineering discipline
