GNA - PRN / Flexible Shifts (All Shifts Available)

GNA/CNA-I for PRN opportunities at Ginger Cove, a premier life-care retirement community in Annapolis, MD. Responsibilities include providing hands-on care and daily support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming), taking vital signs, supporting mobility and transfers, assisting with meals and hydration, maintaining a clean and safe environment, responding to call lights, and documenting care while communicating with nursing staff. Flexible shifts available (Day, Evening, Night) with PRN coverage and potential for future full-time or part-time roles. Competitive pay ($20.00–$22.50/hour), night differential when applicable, and a supportive team environment. Required active GNA/CNA-I certification in Maryland and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain); strong communication, teamwork, and compassion for working with older adults.
