Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility while preserving their dignity and independence. Provide hands-on support for transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities, and help residents during meals to encourage nutrition and hydration. Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team, maintain accurate documentation per facility policies, and follow all infection prevention and safety protocols. Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and licensed staff to foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members in a safe, caring environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland GNA (CNA-I) license
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation

- Experience as an experienced Geriatric Nursing Assistant (CNA)
