Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises while monitoring residents for changes in condition. Provide hands-on care for meals, hydration, and nutritional needs, ensuring resident dignity, safety, and independence. Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection prevention and regulatory compliance standards. Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care, offering emotional support and companionship. Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and licensed staff, reporting promptly to the nursing team.
