Job Summary
Assist nursing staff with resident activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and oral care. Perform vital signs checks at shift start and as directed, while answering calls to observe changes in resident behavior or physical condition. Complete required documentation, transport residents, and provide companionship to maintain a clean environment. Ensure resident safety and motivate active engagement. Maintain a calm, patient attitude while listening attentively and showing empathy. Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current CNA-1 certification in Maryland
