Job Summary
Provide non-medical, in-home geriatric care as a GNA in Maryland. Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting; help with safe movement and transfers; prepare meals and assist with feeding; monitor and record vital signs and client condition; offer companionship and emotional support; perform light housekeeping related to patient care; remind clients about medications; maintain a safe, clean environment; document care and report changes to nurses or family. Requires active Maryland GNA certification; CPR certification preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to pass a background check and provide two professional references; and be able to complete PPD, QuantiFERON Gold or CXR as applicable.
