Job Summary
Provide non-medical in-home care to seniors in Maryland as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA). Duties include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility transfers, meal preparation and feeding, monitoring and recording vital signs, providing companionship, light housekeeping related to patient care, reminding clients about medications, maintaining a safe and clean environment, documenting care provided, and reporting changes to nurses or family. Requires active Maryland GNA certification; CPR certification preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to pass a background check and provide two professional references; PPD/QuantiFERON Gold or CXR as required. Competitive pay of $25–$28/hour with flexible scheduling (Full-time, Part-time, PRN) and opportunities for long-term client relationships and performance-based growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland GNA certification
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to provide 2 professional references
- PPD, QuantiFERON Gold or CXR
