Job Summary
Support residents in all aspects of daily living, including physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Implement personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferred routines while administering medication. Assist with resident activities and programs and work with the clinical team to address needs timely. Provide person-centered care ensuring comfort, companionship, and belonging. Shift differentials apply for evening, night, and weekend hours. Current GNA/CNA-I and CMT certifications for Maryland required; 1-2 years of CNA/GNA and medication administration experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current GNA/CNA-I certification for Maryland
- Current CM-T certification for Maryland
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
