Job Summary
Support residents in physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while assisting with activities of daily living. Implement personal care plans focusing on resident strengths and routines, provide companionship, and facilitate resident programs. Administer medications and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely care. Work onsite at Oak Crest Village, a 87-acre continuing care retirement community in Parkville, MD, where clients live within walking distance and onsite medical centers provide wellness and sick care.
Required Qualifications
- Current GNA/CNA-I certification for Maryland
- Current CM-T certification for Maryland
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
