Job Summary
Support residents in activities of daily living, implement personal care plans, and administer medications while addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely resident care and facilitate participation in resident activities and programs. Work within a gated retirement community where all clients live within walking distance, utilizing onsite medical centers for wellness and sick care.
Required Qualifications
- Current GNA/CNA-I certification for Maryland
- Current CM-T certification for Maryland
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
