Job Summary
Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs by assisting with activities of daily living and implementing personal care plans. Administer medications and facilitate resident activities and programs while collaborating with the clinical team to address needs timely. Work within the onsite medical centers for wellness visits and sick care, utilizing your GNA/CNA-I and CMT certifications to provide person-centered care focused on residents' strengths and preferred routines.
Required Qualifications
- Current GNA/CNA-I certification for Maryland
- Current CM-T certification for Maryland
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
