Job Summary
Conduct daily care for residents at Oak Crest Village, supporting their physical, spiritual, and clinical needs while administering medications and assisting with activities of daily living. Implement personal care plans that focus on resident strengths, preferences, and routines to ensure comfort and belonging. Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs timely and facilitate participation in resident activities and programs. Work within a gated retirement community where all clients are within walking distance, eliminating travel.
Required Qualifications
- Current GNA/CNA-I certification for Maryland
- Current CM-T certification for Maryland
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
