Job Summary

LMS/LXP strategy advisory and delivery leadership: serve as trusted advisor to clients on LMS/LXP strategy, roadmaps, and adoption; lead LMS selection/evaluation aligned with business needs; drive thought leadership in learning technologies (LMS, LXP, AI-enabled learning, analytics); contribute to business development including RFP responses and client presentations; partner with practice leadership to shape go-to-market strategies; represent the organization in industry forums and client events; drive capability building in emerging learning technologies and interoperability standards; lead design, build, and configuration of enterprise LMS solutions (e.g., Cornerstone, Saba, SuccessFactors, Docebo); govern implementations, upgrades, and user adoption; support SaaS configuration and analytics; develop accelerators and scalable delivery assets; mentor project teams across engagements; strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and multi-tasking skills; global, cross-cultural collaboration with clients and teams; 16–20 years in learning technology with senior/managerial leadership; qualifications include engineering/computer science and advanced degrees preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA, M.Tech, MCA) preferred
  • Extensive experience in Learning Technology/LMS leadership roles (16–20 years) with 4–6 years in senior/managerial roles
  • Proven expertise in multiple enterprise LMS platforms (Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SuccessFactors Learning, SumTotal) including strategy, implementation, and optimization
  • Certification in at least one major LMS (Cornerstone, Saba, SuccessFactors) desirable; additional certifications in interoperability standards (xAPI, cmi5) advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements, pre-sales, RFP responses, and thought leadership; C-level stakeholder engagement
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in related field; MBA/M.Tech/MCA preferred
  • Willingness to travel 0–100% as per project needs
