Job Summary
Design and Digital Products - UI/UX Consultant: You will work with clients as consulting professionals to design, build and implement experiences that boost business performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include gathering requirements with product managers, conducting UX research, creating wireframes, flows, and storyboards, developing high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes (Figma), conducting usability testing, refining designs based on feedback, and delivering UI elements (navigation, search, CTAs, carousels, banners) for digital assets. Collaboration with developers to ensure accurate implementation, plus additional skills in demo videos, video editing, and motion design are a plus. Strong design storytelling and client-facing communication are important; experience partnering with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate intelligent features is valued.
Required Qualifications
- M.Des/B.Des from NID or equivalent
- 4+ years of UX design for digital products & services
- Hands-on experience with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Design / Fine Arts / Equivalent
- Strong ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Experience in UX research, user flows, personas, usability testing
- Collaborative skills to work with product managers, designers, and developers
