Job Summary
Deliver strategic engagements across the full M&A lifecycle, including target screening, due diligence, synergy assessment, and day-one planning. Execute post-deal integration and separation initiatives for functional and tech M&A, ensuring operating model alignment and value capture realization. Collaborate with account teams to shape opportunities, present client orals, and prepare decks while contributing to new IP and accelerators. Manage workstream execution, timelines, and high-quality outputs under manager guidance. Requires 3.5+ years post-MBA experience in M&A, with preferred exposure to CMT, Financial Services, or Healthcare sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 3.5+ years post-MBA experience
- Full-time MBA from Tier 1 institute
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with issue-based thinking
- Experience in direct client interactions, including presenting findings and driving stakeholder discussions
- Experience with value creation strategies, growth and cost levers, and digital or tech transformation in deals
- Business acumen and knowledge of M&A trends, investment models, and PE-backed transformation mandates
- Hands-on experience in post-deal execution, including integration/separation of functions
- Exposure to either pre-deal (e.g., platform diligence) or post-deal (e.g., IT integration/separation) is acceptable
- Commercial DD, Ops DD, Target Screening
- Tech DD, Cyber DD, Digital DD (for digital product-based companies)
- Day 1 Planning, IMO Day 1 Planning
- Functional Integration & Separation – Planning & Execution (Finance, HR, Supply Chain/Procurement functional exposure)
- IT Integration & Separation – Planning & Execution
