Job Summary
GMx Manager – Delivery Improvement focuses on translating complex business discussions into clear, value-oriented deliverables and client outcomes. Responsibilities include attending/extracting themes from client/internal meetings, creating crisp narratives and artifacts (decks, briefs, one-pagers), tailoring content for executive audiences, building POVs and GTM collateral, rapidly producing PowerPoint presentations, and planning/designing design-thinking workshops to unlock customer-centric solutions. The role emphasizes governance of engagement delivery, knowledge/brand stewardship, facilitating workshops, and driving measurable client outcomes, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires MBA or Master’s degree, design thinking certifications or training, advanced PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in any discipline (business, engineering, design, or related field)
- Certifications or prior training in Design Thinking
- Advanced PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills
- Business acumen across one or more industries with a track record of leading the engagement
- Strong facilitation background, including scoping and running design-thinking workshops end-to-end
- Proven ability to synthesize meetings into structured narratives, prioritize what matters, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to communicate complex concepts simply and influence senior stakeholders
