Job Summary
Maintain assigned areas within Good Manufacturing Practice standards by performing sanitization duties, wipe-downs, and shut-down cleaning while strictly following customer and SBM Standard Operating Procedures. Execute repetitive tasks including wall, floor, and window maintenance, accurately complete daily FN logs, and report maintenance issues. Act as an area fill-in for general staff shortages and support the shift lead in completing work orders and punch-list items. Ensure personal protective equipment is used correctly and stop any risk behavior observed in self or others. This role requires CPR/AED/First Aid certification and willingness to undergo annual qualification trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- 6mo to 1 year of experience
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift certification
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
- Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
Desired Qualifications
