Job Summary
Inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations, and site-specific SOPs. Train, supervise, and instruct employees on tasks, safety policies, and procedures while coordinating and monitoring work activities. Track equipment and supplies inventory, schedule maintenance and repairs, and report personnel or customer issues to the manager. Correct at-risk behavior immediately and prepare written reports including pass-downs and weekly updates. Maintain records for training, inspections, attendance, and metric data. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Some travel may be required.

- Must be able to sit and talk or listen
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred
- Equivalent combination of education, technical training, professional certifications, and progressively responsible experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams
