Job Summary
Lead daily calibration, corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting for GMP manufacturing, laboratory, utility, and facility systems while supervising assigned personnel. Prioritize and schedule work to ensure activities complete safely, accurately, and in compliance with GMP, quality, safety, and MEP requirements. Review work orders for accurate documentation in Maximo, monitor calibration completion, and drive backlog control. Provide technical direction, coaching, and training; maintain schedules and support timekeeping and performance reviews. Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, Quality, Reliability, EHS, vendors, and contractors to support equipment reliability, audits, and uninterrupted site operations. Support Change Controls, CAPAs, deviations, equipment investigations, and regulatory inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, science, or closely related discipline
- Equivalent technical experience plus demonstrated competence
- 6+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience
- Postgraduate education/degree
- Strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to work on problems of complex scope where analysis of situations or data involves multiple competing factors
- Demonstrates judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Ability to listen to and apply feedback from a variety of stakeholders
- Strong problem identification, analysis, and solution development skills
- Effective planning, workload management, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
