Job Summary
GMP Cleaner (field based) responsible for cleaning designated areas in GMP environments, including walls, floors, ceilings, and equipment, while following SOPs and maintaining high audit standards. Duties include producing GDP-compliant reports, maintaining cleanliness in sterile GMP environments, completing area logbooks, reporting faults, participating in health and safety processes, attending training, liaising with the cleaning team and customers, and adhering to quality, compliance, and environmental, health and safety regulations. Requires previous cleaning experience, a valid UK/EU driving licence, strong English, good health, fitness to stand for long periods, willingness to wear PPE and uniform, and IT literacy. The role is based mainly in the Glasgow area with occasional travel to other sites; full-time hours, varied shifts, and weekend on-call with a shift allowance are described. Required Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience
- Full UK / EU manual driving licence
- Good level of written and spoken English
- General good health
- Reasonable fitness to be on feet most of the day
- Willingness to wear uniform and PPE
- IT literacy – Microsoft Office
