Job Summary
Coordinate Graduate Medical Education program activities, including recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring compliance for incoming and current residents. Oversee day-to-day program coordination as a liaison between residents, faculty, administration, and outside institutions. Manage program ledgers, budgetary functions, and monthly documentation while maintaining databases for accrediting bodies and regulatory submissions. Plan and execute annual events, oversee residency management software, and track working hour logs. Work traditional business hours Monday through Friday in a hybrid model with at least three days in the office at One Hundred Oaks or Light Hall.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of Fellowship or Residency coordinator experience
