Job Summary

Lead Graduate Medical Education operations by supporting the GME Committee with agenda development, meeting preparation, and follow-up. Manage accreditation compliance by coordinating submissions, site visits, and monitoring regulatory requirements like duty hours and case logs. Oversee resident and fellow lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, and record maintenance, while partnering with Program Directors to optimize workflows. Develop training programs for faculty and coordinators, analyze performance data for continuous quality improvement, and plan institutional educational events and conferences. Serve as a key resource for wellness initiatives and corrective action processes. Requires TAGME certification, 3+ years in higher education administration, and proficiency in residency management systems. Salary range $65,932–$82,416.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, management, education, public administration, or related field
  • TAGME certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in higher education administration
  • Experience in GME, such as serving as a program coordinator or hospital GME coordinator
  • Experience with ACGME ADS
  • Experience with NRMP
  • Experience with New Innovations
  • Strong written and verbal professional communication skills
  • Ability to interface effectively with program, hospital, and school of medicine leadership and accreditation agencies
  • Strong professional/business etiquette
  • Ability to work flexible and extended hours as needed to address urgent program and institutional concerns and accreditation issues
  • Ability to participate in extended and sequential meetings virtually or in-person
  • Ability to communicate via phone, e-mail, virtual meeting, and in-person
  • Ability to travel to conferences such as the ACGME and related meetings, as applicable

  • Willingness to obtain TAGME certification when eligible
