Job Summary
Oversee operational functions of accredited GME training programs under Program Director(s), maintaining continuing accreditation and recruiting trainees. Analyze and maintain databases while communicating with faculty and trainees on program issues. Manage internal and external program relations, ensuring alignment with national and hospital accreditation policies. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and GME databases to support project planning and analysis. Requires 3–5 years of GME/UME experience, preferably with ACGME exposure, and TAGME certification encouraged. Salary ranges from $22.28 to $30.08 per hour.
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) to five (5) years of Graduate Medical Education (GME) and/or Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) experience preferred.
- ACGME experience preferred.
- TAGME certification encouraged but not required.
- Experience with New Innovations, ERAS preferred.
