Job Summary
Enter and fulfill orders according to client needs while collaborating with local branches and factories to ensure smooth deliveries. Monitor logistics, run open order reports regularly, and assist customers in selecting correct product matchups. Returns inventory as needed and aligns procurement strategies with cross-functional teams to improve fulfillment processes. Works within well-defined instructions under supervision to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience in supply chain or operations role
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable interacting with cross functional teams
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A strategic and analytical mind
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
- Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
