Job Summary
GMARS Specialist-Spare parts responsible for end-to-end MRO spare parts processes in GMARS, including master data maintenance, PR creation, PO tracking, delivery tracking, receiving, storage, and distribution and physical parts management, and payment; oversee spare parts inventory and storeroom management with 5S; maintain GMARS data for traceability; perform cycle counting, variance analysis, and safety stock management; manage obsolete/slow-moving parts; act as GMARS MRO SME for business support and system guidance; maintain spare parts management procedures and assist in quality audits and financial inventory checks; collaborate with procurement to streamline suppliers and drive MSAs to improve procurement efficiency; create PRs for central maintenance team; ensure GMP and HSE compliance; complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.
