Job Summary

Own the overall strategy, P&L, and roadmap for TicketManager’s VIP (buy) and All Access (sell) marketplace businesses, driving profitable growth and stickiness to the software platform. Serve as the business owner, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success. Define growth strategy including pricing and segmentation; lead sales strategy and playbooks to scale; manage hiring, quotas, coaching, and performance of the sales team. Build scalable partner strategy with primary rights holders and marketplaces; negotiate terms and manage SLAs. Design and implement a long-term operating model for the marketplace, integrating pricing engines, internal tools, and partner integrations; build data-driven dashboards and experiments to improve pricing, conversion, and utilization; streamline payments and reduce overhead. Requires executive leadership experience, a strategic-growth mindset, and a hands-on, fast-growing, sales-led leadership style.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of overall experience with marketplaces, ticketing, live events, or related B2B/B2B2C businesses
  • at least 2+ years in leadership roles owning P&L and managing a team
  • strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • ability to present to and negotiate with senior executives at enterprise clients
  • cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing
  • experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with partners or marketplaces
  • hands-on leadership style and ability to scale operational models
