Job Summary
Repair damaged or malfunctioning vehicles using hand and power tools while maximizing customer satisfaction through individualized service. Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and crouching maneuvers, and lift up to 100 lbs with 50 lbs overhead. Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively across a fast-paced team environment. Work Monday through Friday (7am to 6pm) with one Saturday every sixth day (8am to 1pm). Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a dealership or independent shop
- Current on ASE's
- Own automotive tools
- Clean driving record
- High energy
- Positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (50 lbs overhead)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A post-offer driving/criminal background check
- A post-offer drug screen
- Lift/back test
