Job Summary
Oversee all financial and stores operations at Kichha and Pantnagar manufacturing plants, ensuring compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and internal controls. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, lead annual budgeting, and provide detailed analysis of plant performance, profitability, and cost control. Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory levels using SAP for data integrity, while conducting regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies. Supervise the finance team, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive operational and financial goals. Requires Chartered Accountant qualification, 15+ years of experience with 5+ years in plant finance, and strong SAP proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification Chartered Accountant
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance and accounting
- At least 5 years in a Head Accounts & Finance for Plants in a manufacturing set up
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost management, and internal controls
- Exposure to SAP environment for financial data management, reporting, and analysis
