Job Summary
Lead and deliver best-in-class Partner Workforce Management for Vodafone Idea’s pan-India frontline operations. The role is accountable for building a stable, compliant, capable and digitally enabled associate and ViMSL workforce across geographic circles—encompassing manpower fulfilment, attrition management, statutory compliance, capability development, and HR digitization. The incumbent manages a subsidiary company and a panel of third-party workforce and partners with business and function leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality workforce outcomes across Vi’s area of operations.
