Prepare daily and weekly build plans, allocate shift resources, and conduct production meetings to review pending tasks and clear roadblocks. Manage capacity planning for new products, verify machine and tool requirements during ramp-ups, and coordinate with subcontractors for even loading and monthly performance reviews. Execute immediate actions on quality issues to maintain zero defects and zero escapes to the customer while adhering to QMS and EMS standards.
