Job Summary
GM Production Control lead overseeing material procurement, storage, delivery (on-site & 3rd party), shipping, and receiving; develop and manage production schedules, forecasts, and capacity plans; streamline parts picking and delivery to assembly; drive process-improvement, cost control, and KPI analysis to optimize manufacturing performance; requires 12-15 years of manufacturing experience with production planning, scheduling, and internal logistics, plus 4+ years of management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA a plus), lean/TPS expertise, and ISO 14001 familiarity. Relocation assistance provided; located in West Memphis, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Materials Management, or Supply Chain Management (required)
- MBA (a plus)
- 12-15 years of manufacturing experience with production planning, scheduling, and internal logistics
- Minimum of 4 years of proven management experience
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles (TPS preferred)
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 standards and KPI analysis
- Excellent cost control and budget management skills
