Job Summary
Club Manager oversight of gym operations to deliver a Judgment Free member experience and financial success. Lead a staff of Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians; recruit, hire, train, and develop; ensure welcoming atmosphere and superior customer service; manage front desk activities, member sign-ups, tours, and inquiries; oversee payroll processing, expenses, and refunds; drive marketing promotions and staff training; ensure safety, facility cleanliness, and equipment maintenance; handle disciplinary actions and HR forms; maintain reports and statistics; participate in benefits administration; requires CPR certification, background check, and high school diploma; eligible for ongoing PTO, health insurance, 401k, and other benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- CPR Certification required (employer-provided)
- Must pass satisfactory background check
- EOE Statement and E-Verify compliance
- Ability to lead and manage staff
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- 18 years of age or older
