Job Summary
Build and scale a new healthcare business from the ground up, partnering with Strategic Initiatives to shape the launch before taking full ownership. Own the business strategy, market expansion, and operating model design while navigating complex regulatory environments with Clinical, Legal, and Compliance teams. Drive business performance through financial modeling, operational dashboards, and clinical quality initiatives like the Clinical Excellence Program. Lead high-impact cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, and Operations to remove constraints and accelerate growth. Hire and develop a high-performing team to support the organization's expansion.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in general management, strategy & operations, business operations, consulting, investing, product, or another highly analytical operating role
- Experience building in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experienced builder
